Fabrication Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for leading, overseeing, and optimizing the production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality metal fabrication. This role involves managing and motivating a team of skilled workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment. The supervisor is tasked with meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and upholding strict quality control standards. Their leadership and problem-solving skills are crucial in driving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring a smooth and effective manufacturing operation, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success and customer satisfaction.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean, well-lit, and comfortable although not temperature controlled. The facility currently has six production lines and will be adding a seventh soon. The culture values respect and open communication, with supervisors maintaining an open-door policy for everyone, including contractors. 2nd Shift hours are 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with extra pay for Saturdays. 3rd Shift hours are 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with extra pay for Fridays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
