Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED - Required Two-year college degree in a technical science or trade, or equivalent work experience - Required Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in maintenance personnel or operations supervision - Required Experience in healthcare facility maintenance and operations - Preferred Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license - Required Additional Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience in managing and overseeing facility maintenance and operations Strong understanding of the design, operation, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, state regulations, and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, along with diplomacy and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of general accounting procedures Proficient in data analysis, organization, and presentation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of authority and cultural backgrounds Ability to collaborate with physicians, administration, department leaders, nursing staff, and external agencies Job Opening ID 89354
