We are hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in the Framingham, Massachusetts office. • Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

• At least 5-10 years of project management experience running multifamily projects
• Design/build experience preferred
• Estimating experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
