Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** This is a night shift role with a schedule of four 12-hour shifts from Thursday to Sunday. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for industrial equipment repairs, diagnosing and repairing issues with equipment such as conveyors, packaging lines, HVAC systems, mixers, blenders, pumps, and fillers, as well as participating in improvement projects. **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial equipment repairs and maintenance. + Diagnose and repair problems with conveyors, packaging lines, HVAC systems, mixers, blenders, pumps, and fillers. + Participate in improvement projects. + Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. + Ensure the highest quality and safety of the product produced. + Conduct building and facility maintenance. + Document daily activities related to downtime, spare parts, and preventative maintenance. + Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as needed. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience preferred in a similar role. + Experience with VFDs. + PLC troubleshooting skills are ideal. + Previous experience in food and beverage troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with high-pressure pasteurizers is a plus. + Welding skills are advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a work-life balance with a 4-day work week and 3-day weekends.
