As a Project Architect at cove, you will lead impactful projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and specialized international developments. Your role will focus on creating inspiring, functional, and timeless spaces, while effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring design excellence and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, team resources, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster professional growth.
  • Develop strong, lasting client relationships.

Essential qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project leadership - You've successfully managed projects from schematic design through construction administration
  • Leadership- experience leading cross functional teams in an architectural office
  • Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure (we'll support your path to licensure)
  • Design Excellence Mindset - You believe great architecture can be both beautiful and data-driven
  • Self-management skills - You can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing focus on quality
  • Technology optimism - You see AI as a creative tool, not a creative threat
  • Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
