Welder and Fitter - $24.00 to $27.00/hr Location: Eureka, Illinois Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift Join our team of skilled tradespeople and bring precision, strength, and craftsmanship to every weld. We're hiring experienced Welders and Fitters to support our growing fabrication operations in Eureka, IL. Responsibilities: Perform MIG and dual shield welding on large steel components Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Execute layout, fitting, and fabrication of parts Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Operate machinery and tools to cut, tack, and weld materials Inspect and grind welds to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: Previous experience in MIG welding and fabrication Ability to read and work from blueprints Strong attention to detail and safety Intermediate skill level preferred Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 , based on experience Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth options Life and disability insurance Paid time off and holiday leave Employee assistance program Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position in Eureka, IL.
