General Responsibilities include: Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Prepare various land surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route and Residential. Manage survey projects from setup through completion. Bid new projects and create/write proposals. Manage client interaction. Maintain project budgets and collections. Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation. Qualifications Must have 7+ year land surveying experience. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred. Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required. Professional licensure is required. Experience working across tollways/highways/roadways.
