Are you looking to learn more about field and office operations while working on a construction project site and assisting Project Managers and Superintendents? Some things you can expect to do: Develop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools. Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers. Support Project Managers and Superintendents with various project related tasks. Assist in Owner change pricing; prepare billings and review invoices. Monitor assigned subcontracts, subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower. Travel as needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field 2+ years of experience in commercial construction Willingness to travel as needed to execute projectsYou will really stand out if you: Read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems. Have knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing Have experience in Construction Management Software (i.e. Procore) Design-build commercial construction experience Have process proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems. Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The salary range is $64,700 - $115,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
