**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role will be for the Rayville, LA project location. The Foreman RMX ensures the safety and environmental compliance of all personnel on site, supervises and leads the delivery and plant operations team members, batch concrete mixes as required to meet customer schedules and quality levels, processes customer orders, changes, and adjustments if needed and schedules raw materials and other deliveries. This position will also handle all plant administration, reporting, paperwork, and address small plant and mobile equipment maintenance as required.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ Coordinates and overseesactivities of workers engaged in production operations of the RMXdivision.
+ Responsible for work planning, scheduling, directing, performing, and evaluating the repair and servicing ofequipment.
+ Establishes deadlines and modifies work schedules to meet deadlines.
+ Determines what materials need to be produced and establishes production.
+ Inspects actual performance and supervises and assists subordinate employees.
+ Inspects work facilities to determine proper utilization, maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
+ Participates in the preparation of specifications for new construction equipment.
+ Maintains an effective system of communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers. Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding related to company products, processes, and equipment.
Excellent leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
+ Excellent oral (telephone) communication skills.
+ Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
+ Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
+ Able to prioritize work; strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
+ Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
