Construction Scheduler**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler with proven expertise in Primavera P6 to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. This role is critical in coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress and mitigate delays.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.

+ Collaborate with project teams to gather input and update schedules regularly.

+ Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.

+ Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and progress updates.

+ Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.

+ Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide mitigation strategies.

+ Support project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.

+ Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.

+ Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
