We are hiring immediately a Project Coordinator who will be a key member of the Major Projects Team, providing coordination, administrative support, and reporting expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and clarity.

What you'll do:

  • Support project planning and scheduling activities, including maintaining schedules and manpower curves.
  • Track and update project documentation such as action trackers, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and change logs.
  • Facilitate internal project meetings including Kick-Off Meetings, Closeout Meetings, and Lessons Learned sessions.
  • Gather and input data into timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Assist in producing status charts and progress reports.
  • Analyze project schedules and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain and update project templates and documentation.
  • Use MS Project or Planner to manage overall resourcing and task assignments.
  • Travel 50-60 % of time to any area in North America in varying industries and environments

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in engineering, construction management
  • 5 years plus experience in a project coordinator or assistant project manager role, ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project or Planner.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • PMP strongly preferred.
  • Strong focus on HSE and safety leadership. Be a safety champion and lead by example and hold others responsible for working safely and providing a safe working environment
  • Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs
