**About the Role**
As the **I&E Construction Coordinator** , you will be the on-site lead for all I&E scope and service activities. Youll work closely with contractors, project engineers, and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of fieldwork. Your role is critical in maintaining project momentum, resolving technical issues, and supporting construction priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Field Coordination:**
+ Serve as the primary on-site representative for I&E field execution
+ Monitor and audit contractor activities for compliance with project specifications and safety standards
+ Facilitate communication between contractors, general contractors, and the owner organization
+ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and progress
**Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):**
+ Collaborate with HSE teams to uphold site safety and environmental standards
+ Provide leadership in safety practices and incident evaluation
+ Support contractors in achieving safety performance goals
**Technical Assurance:**
+ Participate in design reviews focused on constructability and maintainability
+ Champion quality management practices and system turnover tracking
+ Provide technical updates during project start-up meetings
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Act as the focal point for I&E field communications
+ Maintain regular updates with the Construction Manager to resolve issues and track progress
