* Must have at least two years experience in remodel and new-build projects, framing to finish carpentry, roofing, siding
* Time management and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license and be insurable
* Dependable - arrive at work on time every day
Preferred:
* Experience in - flooring, painting, equipment operating
Summary:
Looking for an experienced Laborer. The ideal candidate must be experience, coachable, and reliable.
Duties Include:
* Complete general labor projects and tasks as assigned by the foreman, lead, or company owner
* Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects
* Maintain a positive and co-operative work environment
* Be familiar with and follow OSHA safety requirements
* Ensure projects are completed with attention to detail
* Plan with lead/foreman to solve problems which may arise
* Use proper procedure to ensure quality construction
* Help train other employees to perform construction tasks proficiently
* Perform heavy lifting and strenuous labor tasks
Hours:
* 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday
* Occasional overtime on Fridays

* Employee will be provided with all tools, equipment, personnel and contracts to properly perform tasks
* Competitive starting wage and bonus potential
