Restoration Construction Laborer

Apprentice Restoration Technician

(Open to Entry Level)

**Pay: 19-22/hr**

**Job Description:**

Seeking Apprentice Restoration Technicians to help as general laborers on construction sites Near Minneapolis. Candidates will meet at the shop each day and head out to job sites to clean up and restore buildings from water and fire damage. Occasionally from other accidents or damages.

Setup equipment for water removal and drying out. Remove and clean all furniture, office supplies, or equipment that was in the building.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

Exposure to chemicals

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,

Ability to work at ceiling heights

Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
