Foreman (Relocation to Eagle, CO Required Assistance Provided)**

**Position Overview**

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in Eagle, Colorado. Please note: relocation to Eagle is required for this position. To support your move, we offer comprehensive relocation assistance to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a leadership-focused role, with approximately95% of your time dedicated to supervision and coordinationrather than hands-on labor.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage on-site construction teams of 20+ crew members

+ Oversee commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $1 million

+ Ensure high-quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and construction documents

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

+ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines

**Required Qualifications**

+ 68 years of experience in commercial construction

+ Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools

+ Strong knowledge of metal and steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction practices

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Prior experience as a Foreman in commercial construction

+ Expertise in acoustical ceiling installation

+ Accurate measurement and layout skills

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

**Work Schedule**

+ Typically structured as either:

+ 5 eight-hour days (MondayFriday), or

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
