Fabricator**

**Pay: $25-27/Hour**

**Location: Puyallup, WA**

**Shift: 6AM-2:30PM**

**Job Description**

This position requires a mechanically inclined individual with no prior experience necessary. The role involves assembling and installing van equipment, including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and install van equipment including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.

+ Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.

+ Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.

+ Collaborate with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.

+ Understand all product line parts and accessories.

+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Capability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.

+ 1-2 years of wiring experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools for upfit/installation processes.

+ Detail-oriented.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a team and independently.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Clean driving record.

+ Comfortable driving occasionally within a 30-minute radius.

**Work Environment**

The work takes place in a small, clean manufacturing plant with an office-sized environment. Vehicles are brought in one at a time through a single entrance for work. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, Washington.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
