Hours & Pay:

Pay: $15-$17/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Overtime: Approx. 5 hours/week (paid lunch hour included!)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with foundation support, waterproofing, and drainage system installations
• Dig trenches, mix and pour concrete, and prep job sites
• Operate hand and power tools to complete daily tasks
• Perform stick welding and metalwork (training provided if needed)
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
• Follow safety procedures and work closely with your crew to complete jobs efficiently

What You'll Need:

• At least 1-2 years of construction or related labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
• Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new skills
• Dependable transportation to the company's downtown Birmingham office
• Team-first attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
