**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to support our operations on the 2nd shift. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting laser operators, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist laser operators with various tasks.

+ Load and unload materials efficiently.

+ Operate overhead hoists to move materials safely.

+ Provide support to operators as needed.

+ Retrieve necessary tooling and supplies.

+ Contribute to multiple departments and engage in various tasks.

+ Consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.

**Essential Skills**

+ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.

+ Good job tenure and reliability.

+ Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.

+ Ability to perform packaging and assembly duties.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Strong work ethic and attendance record.

+ Team player with a willingness to assist others.

**Work Environment**

The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2 pm to 10 pm. Employees receive a $3 shift premium for working 2nd and 3rd shifts. The work takes place in a metal manufacturing facility, which can be loud and hot, but is a brand new, clean, and organized space.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
