Foreman/Superintendent**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Foreman/Superintendent to work directly with the site Superintendent in directing and overseeing construction crews on commercial construction sites throughout Montana. You will be responsible for supervising crews of 5-10 workers, reviewing construction documents, and ensuring all projects comply with local and state building codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with the site Superintendent to determine project needs.

+ Oversee and direct the construction crew on commercial construction sites.

+ Supervise a crew of 5-10 workers, depending on project size.

+ Collaborate with construction crews on all direct projects.

+ Review and understand construction documents thoroughly.

+ Participate in initial plan reviews to identify design conflicts and constructability issues.

+ Implement and manage project safety plans, including site security measures.

+ Ensure compliance with building codes per local and state jurisdictions.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of experience as a commercial construction Foreman.

+ Proficiency in construction supervision.

+ Strong management skills.

+ Expertise in metal stud framing.

+ Finish carpentry and concrete skills.

+ Ability to use power tools effectively.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent.

+ Knowledge of construction management practices.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
