A&P Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on both client and company-owned aircraft. The ideal candidate will execute tasks efficiently and uphold high-quality standards while utilizing relevant technical data. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and de-fueling.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance and inspection tasks as required by the work scope.
+ Utilize applicable technical data for servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.
+ Ensure familiarity with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
+ Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms according to methods outlined in the RSM/QCM.
+ Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as per RSM/QCM.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives.
+ Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices using a 5S system: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
+ Focus on Human Factors to minimize defects in workmanship and ensure safety.
+ Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
+ Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives.
**Essential Skills**
+ A&P Certification
+ Troubleshooting experience
+ Experience working on all aircraft components
+ Ability to identify issues and find solutions using manuals
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Falcon Jet or turbo prop experience preferred
**Work Environment**
The role operates on a 1st shift schedule that rotates monthly, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime is available, and you will be part of a maintenance department with approximately 30 personnel, including mechanics and interior specialists. Work packages are managed by leads who distribute tasks among the team.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
