Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for MIG welding, production welding, and working primarily with mild steel, with occasional use of galvanized materials. We welcome entry-level candidates from trade schools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform Torch arc-MIG production welding primarily on mild steel and occasionally on galvanized materials.
+ Maintain high standards of welding quality and adhere to safety protocols.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in MIG welding on steel, either in previous roles or during recent schooling.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Skills in stainless steel fabrication.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is a non-air conditioned facility that includes both warehouse and production areas. The facility provides coverage but can be warm, offering a dynamic setting for production work.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
