Mig Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Prepare, assemble, fabricate, and weld premium quality stainless steel headers and exhaust systems in a production environment from pre-engineered fixtures and pre-bent/purchased components. Job could also include other duties including but not limited to; cleaning finished products, packaging finished products, and basic end forming and notching operations.
Mig Welder Qualifications:
Ability to setup welders to produce cosmetically pleasing spatter free welds
Minimum of 1 year MIG process knowledge required
Ability to troubleshoot welding equipment
Working knowledge of basic fabrication equipment (saws, grinders, etc)
Ability to use weld fixtures Read and comprehend production schedule
Maintain an organized/tidy workspace and adhere to housekeeping standards
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions Basic computer skills (outlook, excel, windows)
Quality mindset
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
