Intermediate Carpenter Needed on Vashon Residential Construction

Vashon DreamCraft Construction is a reputable residential construction company seeking a skilled Intermediate Carpenter to assist our Lead Carpenter on a variety of residential new builds and remodels.

About the Role:
As an Intermediate Carpenter, youll work closely with our Lead Carpenter to execute high-quality craftsmanship on homes on Vashon Island. This is a hands-on role that requires a solid understanding of residential construction, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude.

What Youll Be Doing:
Assist with framing, siding and window installation, trim work, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
Support in layout, measurements, and installation work
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on-site
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions precisely
Learn and grow under experienced leadership

Requirements:
2+ years of carpentry experience (residential experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Comfortable using a wide range of tools and equipment
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong attention to detail and safety
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute

Nice to Have:
Own hand tools
Experience in remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions

What We Offer:
Full-time hours- Mon-Thurs, 10 hour days
