Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design, with strong technical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Perform site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility design
- Conduct field investigations and site inspections
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support permitting and approval processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
- EIT required; PE license preferred or in progress
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and drainage modeling software
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
