An Assistant Quality Superintendent (Construction) to support quality control and assurance efforts on large-scale construction projects. This role works closely with field teams, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals to ensure installations meet project requirements and are delivered to the highest standards. You will contribute to planning, inspections, and documentation to support timely, compliant construction.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction field operations or quality management, along with an understanding of construction drawings and QA/QC processes. A background in electrical systems is required. Candidates should be proficient in tools such as Bluebeam, BIM360, and SmartSheet, and capable of managing digital documentation and field coordination.
Our client will also consider candidates on a contract-to-direct hire basis, with a per diem / living allowance provided during the relocation period.

- Conduct field inspections with trade partners and manage pre- and post-installation checklists
- Review installations and mockups with owners, architects, and consultants
- Support the QA/QC program through documentation, tracking tools, punch lists, and issue resolution
- Lead quality-related meetings and participate in trade pre-installation planning
- Coordinate field walks to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with schedule
- Train and support field staff and trade partners in QA/QC systems and expectations
