**Location:** Langley/Fraser Valley
**Pay:** \$20\$35/hour (based on experience and skill level)
**Position Type:** Full-time
We are a well-established tile contracting company known for precision, high-end craftsmanship, and a clean, professional work environment. We are currently seeking a **Tile Installer or Tile Helper/Apprentice** to join our growing team.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in or independently install various types of tile: porcelain, ceramic, marble, etc.
* Perform precise tile cutting using wet saws, snap cutters, and grinders
* Help prepare and level floors and walls for tile installation
* Mix and apply mortar, thinset, grout, and other setting materials
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
* Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
* Follow design layouts, instructions, and work orders accurately
* Communicate clearly and professionally with the team and clients
* Learn or assist with digital documentation and project tracking
### **Requirements:**
* Basic to advanced **tile installation or cutting experience**
* Strong attention to detail, **especially in tile cuts and layout**
* Must be **punctual**, reliable, and hardworking
* Physically fit and capable of **heavy lifting and long labor hours**
* **Computer literate** or willing to learn computer-based tools (for quoting, photo documentation, etc.)
* Must have **own transportation** to job sites throughout \[Fraser Valley/Langley]
* A strong work ethic, team spirit, and willingness to learn
