Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople in various home improvement tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit project estimates and reports to management.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during projects to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
