We are seeking Industrial Mechanical Technicians II to join our team in Parma, ID. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and maintenance of mechanical equipment to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled tasks and repairs to equipment breakdowns as required.
Work collaboratively with maintenance supervision, other technicians, engineers, and production personnel to design plant equipment and modifications.
Improve equipment reliability by maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and reporting findings with recommendations.
Support, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance and Mechanical Integrity Programs.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for production demands, including overtime, after hours, and weekends when needed.
Participate actively in plant safety meetings and adhere to BASF site and corporate safety procedures.
Operate general shop equipment such as band saws, drill presses, grinders, and power hand tools.
Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including mechanical seals, gearboxes, drive couplings, agitators, pumps, rigging, welding, and pipe fabrication.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience.
Computer literate.
Valid drivers license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and further develop technical skills.
