Lead Carpenter for Renovation, Exterior Trim and Decks

We are looking for a lead carpenter to lead a crew of 2-4 carpenters on remodel and renovation work in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Figure 8 and surrounding areas. Work will consist of demolition, framing, exterior trim, siding, decks, rot repairs, window installation and interior trim. Most work is custom homes requiring a high quality of work product. Work days are 4 nine hour days and half day on Friday or possibly 4 -10 hour days.

Applicant must be able to lead a crew of carpenters and keep them busy. Applicant must have tools required for framing, siding and interior trim as well as other construction tasks. Company will supply scaffolding, pump jacks, walk boards, etc as needed. Experience with IPE decking, cable rail, window installation, and cedar shakes required. Some management of jobs is also required. Pay is based on quality of work, experience, work ethic, how you hustle, ability to work with others and LEAD the crew.
