Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including:

HVAC & Maintenance Tech

• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
• HVAC experience and EPA certification
• All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
• Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance

Maintenance Foreman

• Apartment Maintenance experience including: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
• HVAC experience and EPA certification
• Proven leadership or managerial experience in housing
• Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance

All applicants must have their own tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver license.
