Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for projects in Lakeland, FL. We're looking for dependable, safety-focused electricians who can handle underground work and all phases of electrical installation with quality workmanship.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing underground work, including gluing and installing PVC conduit

• Running and bending conduit for power and lighting circuits

• Pulling wire for power, lighting, and controls

• Installing fixtures, panels, breakers, switches, and receptacles

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Supporting the crew with related electrical tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial electrician

• Must be able to perform underground work and glue PVC conduit

• Must be able to bend conduit, pull wire, and complete trim-outs independently

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to read and work from construction drawings

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
