Sem-Sol is seeking an innovative Senior Electrical Engineer who can generate challenging, interesting, and dynamic solutions that take a project from conception to completion while remaining on-time and within budget. Our ideal candidate must possess the combination of expertise and character to:
Work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervisionSelf-manage and respond to changing priorities and program constraintsGo beyond what they already know and expand into unfamiliar technical areas

Duties will include:
Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs.Perform and document analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.Support system components' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation.Perform initial and ongoing design reviews.Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors.Collaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of projects.
Requirement Qualifications:
Master's degree in electrical engineering7+ years' project management experience10+ years' experience in an engineering leadership role
Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Pulse Power experience, specifically in high powered microwave compact systems
