Construction Site Superintendent

Arita Poulson General Contracting, LLC is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. This position requires proactive and experienced leader to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure successful project execution in accordance with plans, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce and maintain the Company Safety Program at all job sites.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure project success.
* Supervise total construction activities to meet design specifications, budget, and timelines.
* Analyze project constructability and identify potential deficiencies in plans and specifications.
* Provide technical guidance on construction methods, equipment, and plan interpretation.
* Oversee site logistics including staging, security, and site access for personnel and materials.
* Control job site perimeter and safety for all on-site individuals.
* Schedule, coordinate, and supervise work of subcontractors, outside contractors, and company crews.
Document progress through:
* Daily logs
* Master and look-ahead schedules
* Digital photographs
* Written memos, drawings, and reports
Support administrative departments with:
* Timecards
* Purchasing and receiving logs
Enforce company and client policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of Superintendent experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
* Working knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
* Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Must possess a valid drivers license.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
