Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of all plant machinery, including automated lumber saws, hydraulic systems, forklifts (diesel and propane), and pneumatic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with industrial machinery, and the ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (Eventual Saturdays during peak season)

Pay: $25 - $30/hr

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.

Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.

Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.

Audit daily checks.

Maintain safe work/machine environment

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
