HighFort Construction of New York a certified MBE/DBE concrete and asphalt contractor is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who understands the pace, paperwork, and pressure of NYC public works, especially with the School Construction Authority (SCA). We need someone who can take a job from bid to closeout, and manage the details in between.

What Were Looking For:
Direct experience with SCA or NYC public agency work
Strong knowledge of change orders, RFI submittals, and project documentation
Ability to handle certified payroll, MWBE tracking, and regulatory compliance
Comfortable reviewing drawings and doing takeoffs
Skilled in Excel, Bluebeam, estimating software, and online bid portals
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
