Commercial HVAC & Piping Project Manager - Large Projects

gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry. We are currently seeking a highly experienced HVAC/Piping Project Manager for our client, a large Mechanical Contractor known for its great employee tenure.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HVAC and piping projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being upheld
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner

Position Essential Job Functions:
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC/Piping Project Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems and industry best practices
- Experience with project management software and tools
