Your Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for project management in the area of banknote processing solutions for our international clients
- Expansion of comprehensive customer solutions with technical concepts that complement our internal portfolio (e.g., cutting and packaging systems)
- Collaboration with specialists on specifications, system layouts, drawings, process flows, and concept development
- Independent responsibility for clarifying orders with suppliers of system components to define functions, scope of delivery, and technical and commercial content
- Preparation of cost calculations for the overall concept and all necessary documentation, including risk analyses, EU conformity, etc.
- Technical leadership of international project teams as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Interface and conflict management between internal departments, suppliers, and customers
- Proactive communication and reporting at all internal levels and within the customer organization to ensure project success, including "lessons learned"
- Coordination of training sessions, field tests, factory acceptance tests, and site acceptance tests
Your Profile:
- Completed technical university degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Extensive international experience in project management of system projects
- Quick comprehension and ability to recognize complex interrelationships to implement customer requirements
- High intercultural competence and experience in leading international teams
- Solid understanding of commercial contexts, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style, strong assertiveness, and motivation to develop new solutions
- Confident use of project management tools
- Good command of German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
- Enjoyment of regular international project assignments, including willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
