**Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare work sites by setting up forms, mixing concrete, and organizing materials.

+ Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques.

+ Operate and maintain equipment such as mixers, saws, and grinders.

+ Ensure proper curing and sealing of concrete projects.

+ Follow all safety guidelines and workplace regulations.

+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

**Essential Skills:**

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to various job duties.

+ Availability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience in concrete labor, construction, or related field.

+ Familiarity with rebar, concrete forms, and general construction tools.

**Pay:**

+ $21/hr $27/hr (based on experience)

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
