You will be an essential part of our leadership team, building out our service division from the ground up. Your work will directly impact the direction and success of the company as we scale in the commercial market. What You'll Do Develop and execute a growth strategy for our commercial service division Identify, prospect, and close new service contracts with property managers, building owners, and facility directors Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business Conduct roof assessments and coordinate with estimators and production to ensure exceptional client experiences Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings to build brand awareness and pipeline Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets with a strategic hunter mindset Report directly to the CEO and collaborate on key decisions for company growth What We're Looking For Proven success in commercial roofing sales, facilities services, construction sales, or property management business development Strong network of property managers, facility directors, or HOAs is a plus Confident communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in building new divisions Results-driven with a track record of exceeding tar gets Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Base Salary: (based on experience) Commission: 5-10% uncapped earnings potential Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Performance Review: After 6 months, we will review your results to consider a larger salary as we continue to grow Direct executive role with career advancement opportunities as we expand regionally A seat at the table with leadership to build something impactful from the ground up
