Seeking Experienced Commercial Rough Plumbers

We are actively seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial Rough Plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial rough-in plumbing.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of commercial rough plumbing including installation of water lines, sanitary drainage, and vent piping systems
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure proper installation
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Troubleshoot issues and make on-the-spot adjustments to stay on schedule

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of commercial rough plumbing experience (this is a strict requirement)
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and code compliance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must have basic plumbing tools and PPE
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job site conditions
