Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of field operations for assigned construction projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager and is responsible for job site safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. A background in design-build construction is preferred, and some travel and overtime may be required.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules
Manage job site setup, logistics, and coordination of materials and inspections
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to the project timeline
Conduct site meetings, generate daily reports, and maintain accurate project records
Review construction documents for accuracy and constructability
Lead field-level decision-making and support smooth on-site execution
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a foreman, superintendent, or similar role
Background in construction management or related field; degree preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety regulations, and subcontractor management
Technical proficiency with ProCore, MS Office, and MS Project
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
Climb ladders/stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
Operate light equipment such as skid steers and forklifts
