SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Project Manager, National Accounts holds the responsibility of ensuring timely project flow to meet scheduled goals. Monitoring progress, organizing meetings to address issues, and assigning or reassigning tasks as necessary are key duties of the role. Additionally, the Project Manager will supervise front-side support for customers and act as a crucial link between engineering and sales teams.

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Read and interpret at a low level; blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
Monitor schedules and tracking systems to ensure timely completions.
Follow up with departmental supervisors to identify problems and communicate these to appropriate personnel.
Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
Providing front-side support for customers.
Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and Sales.
Perform personnel functions such as supervision of production workers, technicians, technologists and other engineers, or design of evaluation programs.
Attend work as outlined in Employee Handbook and/or specified by your supervisor.
Complete other tasks as directed by supervisor.
Comply with government regulations, laws, company policies and company procedures.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience.
Skills: Ability to use Microsoft product software. CAD or Project Management software is desired. Self-motivated. Effective oral and written communication skills. Multi-tasking abilities. Must have basic computer skills. Basic math skills are required and the employee must also have the ability to recognize basic angle measures (45, 90, 180, 270, 360)

INTERACTION WITH OTHERS
Answers to Vice President. Must be able to accurately receive and understand instructions from supervisor to determine if further instruction is required before attempting to complete the task assigned. In constant communication with other departments (engineering, sales, purchasing, production, etc.). It is essential that the employee is able to work with all employees of the RAE team and shows a spirit of cooperation with others in the organization.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The job is conducted primarily in a climate controlled office setting, with occasional exposure to manufacturing environment including moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
