Construction Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a minimum of three years in industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in take-offs and conceptual estimating, and will collaborate closely with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed take-offs and conceptual estimating for industrial and commercial projects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize estimating software to create accurate pricing and cost estimates.
• Prepare and review bidding and construction documents.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating on commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Strong skills in pricing and cost estimation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with construction documents and bidding processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
