1st Shift Tuftco Puddle Head Operator - (Commercial)

PURPOSE OF JOB:

To operate and monitor quality on the scrim coater head for ER3 and Cushion tile.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cut scrim for start up and assist in scrim changes.
• Set all guides, rollers, and plows.
• Monitor pan levels, valves, and automatic controls.
• Housekeeping of Area.
• Other duties as instructed by supervisor

NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, pull, and stand on a continuous basis.
• Ability to recognize the quality of the application.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
