Skills we are looking for include:

• previous leadership experience in a fast paced fabrication setting
• able to read and interpret shop/fab blueprints including storefront and curtain walls drawings
• able to assemble door hardware per manufacturing requirements
• conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure safety and quality standards
• maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures

• a leader who works collaboratively with multiple departments and locations to ensure quality product and time lines
• passion for detail and takes pride in production
• great attitude, work ethic and math skills are preferred
