What You'll Do Service and maintain commercial fire alarm systems and components. Troubleshoot issues including ground faults, open/short circuits, and both addressable and conventional systems. Use electronic testing devices to ensure system functionality. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Communicate clearly with customers and ensure they understand their systems. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. What You Bring Required: 2+ years of experience with commercial fire alarm systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with electronic testing tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Willingness to learn and grow with the team. Preferred: NICET II, III, or IV certification. Experience with Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security systems. Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of IT/networking. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull over 75 lbs. Climb ladders up to 12 feet and operate man lifts. Work in varying weather conditions and noisy environments. Use hand/power tools and mobile apps effectively.
