Our company is looking to add a General Laborer to our team.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Be highly self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
* Have a valid Driver's License or waiver to drive company vehicles to job sites, and a clean insurable driving record.
* Always aware of safety and quality of work.
* Experience is preferred but not required.
EMPLOYER NOTE:
* Employer will conduct a drug screen upon hire and conduct random drug testing throughout employment.
* Typically, home nightly but sometimes a job will require overnight stays.
* Be flexible with work sites. They are often in remote areas approximately 60-100 miles from Roseburg.
JOB DUTIES:
* Install silt fences and erosion control devices.
* Patch concrete, tie rebar, strip forms, and other concrete related work.
* Dig trenches and other miscellaneous labor.
* Use small hand and power tools.
* Carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs and other duties as assigned.
* Be able to fill out daily progress and work reports, as needed.
* Haul job materials or supplies using a company vehicle between job sites, as needed.
* Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Wages and Benefits:
* This position starts at $25 an hour, based on experience.
