Landlords Handyman Needed Part-time (Tacoma) compensation: $25/hr Looking for a Handyman/helper with good general skills. Needs to know drywall, painting, light electrical (install a light fixture), some plumbing know-how needed (install water heater, fix leaks, change faucets, etc..). Tasks will also include mowing, clean up, dump runs and whatever the landlord needs done. Most work will be in Pierce county, especially the Tacoma area.
