HVAC tech - Mitsubishi City Multi VRF technician (Arlington) image 1 of 2 Summer near Richfield compensation: 90/hr My building has a 5 year old Misubishi City Multi VRF system with both a 6-ton and 8-ton rooftop unit. Presently, I'm getting an AE-200 controller error code 2502 indicating that an indoor cassette unit PLFY-p12NFMU-E has a drain pump abnormality and the "water system cannot operate. " So I've got an area of the building that is not getting cooled very well. I've identified the cassette unit in question and it's in a suspended ceiling section of this part of the building. (Other cassettes are in an open-concept ceiling.) I've done a basic tear-down of one cassette and can'ttell if the pump and float switch need to be replaced. Besides this, several of my cassette units need the coils cleaned. That can happen in the near future. For now, I need someone to help me troubleshoot this problem. I went to the roof today and the 8-ton city multi unit soulded kind of quiet compared with the 6-ton unit beside it that serves the top floor of the building. Are you the moonlighter that can help me? We're paying $90/hr. Can you help me with this problem over the next few days.
