Construction Co., Inc. is looking for an experienced operator to add to our growing team. Be part of a company who does a wide variety of work including commercial and residential earthwork, road/sidewalk construction, box culverts, retaining walls, drainage, grading and much more. Responsibilities: Operate equipment in a safe and effective manner Run a variety of equipment daily such as excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders Keep equipment clean and up to date on maintenance Coordinate with site managers and team members to ensure work is completed on time Occasionally perform tasks outside of operating equipment Requirements: Must have a Class C license and reliable transportation Class B license is a plus Positive attitude and team player Self-motivated Ability to understand and interpret site plans Ability to take direction and perform tasks alone Good physical condition and stamina Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations Willing to work with snowplowing team, when weather requires Benefits: Year-round work Working with new equipment with Trimble GPS systems 401k company match health and dental insurance Overtime potential PTO Sick Days Holiday Pay Life insurance Pay starting at $28+ To apply, please send your resume to: ...
